The Touch

This is something which is not really talked about or something you are prepared for.
Yet it’s something that affects us all at some stage in our lives.
We will all lose pets, friends and family at one point in our lives and it affects all of us in very much different ways, Nobody has the same way of dealing with it either.

This is why it’s so important to appreciate the time your given with your loved ones so that the memories you do have are ones of joy that bring a smile to your face and not living with regrets of what should have been.

Some people have trouble dealing with grief and it can linger and present itself at moments you wouldn’t expect.
A tear shed here and there is no bad thing as it’s your emotional release for the pressure grief bears on you.

Use your friends and family as a support network because they will likely have been or are going through a similar situation, even if they portray a sense of strength outwardly they need support as well.

If you’re a person who doesn’t have that close network, Please don’t think you’re alone in your situation because you’re not.

There are plenty of private and anonymous people you can chat to, and they are non judgemental and just there to help and listen.
Check out the Samaritans or grief support line.

Sending all my love, You can get through it.
Remember all the good times those people or pets have touched your life.
