Creative Snippets 8: Remix

Welcome to today’s Creative Snippets.

Your challenge today is remix something.

What does this involve?

Well being creative means looking at things from different points of view, while keeping your own style.

So today take a look at something that someone else has created, It could be a drawing ✍️ a photo, a song or poem, Maybe even a story. ( I’d advise using something in the public domain, Because there’s no licence and you won’t be stepping on anybody’s toes)

Take that subject matter then recreate it using your own style or words.

If it’s a drawing ✍️ then draw the subject as you would do it. A photo, then take it from a different angle, test lighting or other techniques. A song ,poem or story then rewrite it in your own words.

This will help you get a feel for others styles and give you extra tools 🛠 for your creative projects.
